I Second That Emotion | Sorrow Without Borders
Global sadness...
About 13 years ago, my mom and I walked around the sacred grounds of Ground Zero in Manhattan, New York. We visited the site and took in the North Pool and South Pool, both sitting within the footprints of the original Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. We read the sea of names, took in the sights of the peaceful waterfalls, and paused for a moment in time for reflection, sorrow, and grief.

Standing in the sadness, the sorrow, we thought about the meaning of this deeply meaningful tribute to the victims, families, city, country, and world. A moment in time to think about humanity.
We will never forget. Feel free to leave a comment with your thoughts and memories. ⤵️
